| Monday | 6,899 | I clearly hadn’t done enough steps at the end of work today so I decided to walk home from High Street Ken. I swear I walked past Geri Halliwell with a friend walking her dogs. Unfortunately no photographic evidence but I can say that, if it was her, she seems very tiny in reality. |

| Saturday | 15,940 | Market day today. Visited the Borough Markets and Portobello Road Markets with Elvira, her Mum and Andrew. The Borough Markets was heaving and you could see why – fresh food there was of a very good quality. Ended the day with Blade Trinity. If you’ve read my review you’ll know my opinion of that movie! |
| Sunday | 12,109 | Braved the Christmas shopping at Harrods and Selfridges. It wasn’t that bad but I guess I was focused so it was definitely an in and out exercise! |
After my last three weekends away I needed a recovery week to consolidate before heading off for a week in New York for Christmas. After some hermit-like behaviour by me from Monday to Thursday I was feeling human again by Friday (but not by much) and was ready to face the world.
