I believe they might go bust as well simply from the late fees! Miles - I agree totally with you that you need to be realistic about what you're trying to achieve. It's just interesting that all industries can suffer the same problems if they avoid to heed basic principals. You rarely hear anything about private sector ones, like the new Arsenal stadium or one of the various new skyscrappers in London, which are on time and on budget.
